Christina Lesley James Wood Motors Service Advisor
Christina Lesley is a Service Advisor at James Wood Motors. She has been part of the James Wood Motors family since 2018. Before working at James Wood Motors, Christina’s knowledge of the automotive industry has always been in the forefront of her career. Previously, she was an automotive technician and worked on vehicles at various automotive shops in the DFW area. She held ASE Certifications for 13 years to ensure excellence in vehicle repair.
Christina has lived in the DFW Metroplex area and knew of James Wood Motors from an early age as her family members purchased their vehicles from James Wood Motors. Christina stated that “the reputation of the dealership” is what drew her to continue her automotive career at James Wood Motors. Christina expressed, “the best part about James Wood is the people, whether it be the customers or the employees.”
As a Service Advisor, Christina addresses a customer’s concerns about their vehicle and advises them on the best course of action for repair or maintenance. Transitioning from a technician to an advisor has been one of Christina’s proudest moments. Christina added, “the thing I’m most proud of is that I have been able to transition myself and my career from being a service technician to becoming a service advisor and being able to apply myself in helping customers in a new way."
Bryan Stanley James Wood Motors Service Advisor
Bryan Stanley has been a Service Advisor at James Wood Motors since 1983. Bryan stated, “my proudest moment has been being here for as long as I have and I still enjoy coming to work.”
The first few years at James Wood Motors, Bryan was a ALM, Parts Advisor and a Service Cashier. However, he quickly moved to his current position which he’s held for 35 years. Through the years of ever-changing vehicle technology, Bryan has been able to stay up-to-date through reading, classes and “learning on the fly”.
With 35 years as a Service Advisor at James Wood Motors, Bryan has helped service generations of families. Bryan has serviced a few families around 30 years or more. Bryan added, “it’s great having such long-lasting relationships with our customers. As a Service Advisor, all of this is based off trust.” A specific example Bryan discussed was a couple he’s advised for years. He explained, “I use to wait on her husband specifically. After he passed, she trusts me to continue servicing her vehicles.”
Overall, Bryan spoke on his goal as a Service Advisor was to ensure that customers are happy and satisfied when their vehicles are delivered. Overtime that goal has helped establish his trusting relationship with his current service customers.
Zach Rhine James Wood Motors Service Advisor
Zach Rhine is a Service Advisor at James Wood Motors. He has been part of the James Wood Motors family since June 2010. Before being a service advisor with James Wood Motors, Zach was as a sales consultant. He worked with James Wood Motors New Car, Used Car, Hyundai and Internet Sales before making his way over as a Service Advisor.
As a Service Advisor, Zach listens to the customers vehicle needs in regards to vehicle repairs or maintenance. He facilitates the repairs or maintenance while keeping communication with the customer. Upon vehicle repairs or maintenance completion, Zach delivers the vehicle to the customers at their satisfaction.
In 2019, Zach won the Vehicle Walk Around service competition in the region. The Walk Around competition included greeting the customer, walking around the vehicle as the initial inspecting of tires, windshield wipers, head and tail lights, etc. Zach was nominated by a General Motors Representative to enter the competition. Once he was entered, there was a video submission and Zach was the final winner for the region. Zach stated, “it was one of my proudest moments at James Wood Motors. The recognition from Raymond Wood and the $1,000 reward was nice too.”
